Ernesto Santillan

Ernesto Santillan is a seasoned attorney with more than 20 years of experience in the legal field, dedicated to providing compassionate and results-driven representation to individuals and families. Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Ernesto brings a unique cross-border perspective to his practice and a deep understanding of the communities he serves. He is licensed to practice law in Mexico, and Missouri, and is authorized to handle immigration matters nationwide, allowing him to advocate for clients across the United States.

Ernesto earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from St. Mary’s University, strengthening both his legal knowledge and his ability to navigate complex cases. Throughout his career, he has been especially passionate about helping others—particularly within the Hispanic community—guiding clients through difficult legal situations with clarity, respect, and dedication. His approach is rooted not only in experience, but also in a genuine commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

In 2025, Ernesto joined Hoestenbach Law Group, where he continues his commitment to excellence alongside a team of accomplished legal professionals. Known for his strong work ethic and client-focused approach, Ernesto takes pride in building lasting relationships with those he represents. Outside of his legal practice, Ernesto is a devoted husband and father of two daughters.
