Lane Kazmierski es originario de Texas, donde nació y se crió en Austin. Lane estudió Derecho en la Facultad de Derecho de St. Mary y trabaja como abogado en Hoestenbach Law Group desde 2014. Después de graduarse en la facultad de Derecho y antes de incorporarse a Hoestenbach Law Group, Lane defendió los derechos de los tejanos como asistente legal en el Proyecto de Derechos Civiles de Texas. Lane tiene una amplia experiencia en la gestión de reclamaciones por accidentes de tráfico y otros asuntos relacionados con lesiones personales.
Como estudiante de la Universidad de Texas en Austin, Lane jugó como ala cerrada en el equipo de fútbol americano Longhorn en 2006. La esposa de Lane, Kimmy, es maestra de primaria en el distrito escolar de Eanes. Lane y Kimmy dieron la bienvenida a su hija Ava a la familia en 2019.
